The survey includes questions about the client sales cycle, monthly budgets, marketing strategies, client communication, managing SEO clients, and reporting.
Below are the results.

This is great. I have often wondered what the norm is. Does anyone know of an reporting tools that can be used to help create reports for clients? I have looked any not found much to choose from.
If you can invest $300 into a tool, WebCEO and Internet Business Promoter (IBP) will create customized reports. However sometimes it is better to just find free tools you like, aggregate all of the data into a custom report. The SEO software reports can be a bit much for the average client.
