At the beginning of the week I thought it would be a good idea to create an anonymous poll for other SEOs and Internet Marketers, to find out a little more about their current clients and processes.   The survey includes questions about the client sales cycle, monthly budgets, marketing strategies, client communication, managing SEO clients, and reporting.

  1. This is great. I have often wondered what the norm is. Does anyone know of an reporting tools that can be used to help create reports for clients? I have looked any not found much to choose from.

  2. If you can invest $300 into a tool, WebCEO and Internet Business Promoter (IBP) will create customized reports. However sometimes it is better to just find free tools you like, aggregate all of the data into a custom report. The SEO software reports can be a bit much for the average client.
