Case and point! Thanks for the quick and complete response to my post. I appreciate you giving some insight on your social media efforts, specifically your twitter policies. Thanks for the recommendation of ConnectTweet, I think may companies could benefit from using something like this in their Twitter strategies.

A couple things I thought you may be interested to see as well. http://www.bby.com/ this is essentially the new BBY Connect. http://www.on.bestbuy.com/ - A site that shares videos of what we're seeing in terms of latest and greatest. Also, you may be interested to know that the @bestbuy twitter handle is populated with content coming from our employees. Any employee with a twitter handle who has opted in can send messages through the @bestbuy handle via their own twitter handle. That's why you see via @(employee x) at the end of each @bestbuy tweet. We use http://www.connecttweet.com/ to do this. Connecttweet was created by one of our own developers @benhedrington. Cheers
