Thanks for the recommendation of ConnectTweet, I think may companies could benefit from using something like this in their Twitter strategies.

Hey Mark thanks for the kind words and the pub. I'm on the team that works on a number of these things. A couple things I thought you may be interested to see as well.

http://www.bby.com/ this is essentially the new BBY Connect.
http://www.on.bestbuy.com/ - A site that shares videos of what we're seeing in terms of latest and greatest.

Also, you may be interested to know that the @bestbuy twitter handle is populated with content coming from our employees. Any employee with a twitter handle who has opted in can send messages through the @bestbuy handle via their own twitter handle. That's why you see via @(employee x) at the end of each @bestbuy tweet. We use http://www.connecttweet.com/ to do this. Connecttweet was created by one of our own developers @benhedrington.
