A nice article to share indeed... I never really thought about it,but after reading the article, they all make sense. Now,I am more aware of how and what to do to make the Twitter lists more suitable with my personal preference. Thank you for sharing the content.
I tend to use Twitter lists to organise the people I follow. Do I need to know what's going on in the world of SEO? Marketing? Copywriting? Comedy? It lets me pull out specific content streams at will.
Excellent article. It was very useful. I have tried to make sense of the list of Twitter, and now is more clear to me what they can serve. Now I need to find some service that can help me build my lists. Thanks Kristi
Wow look at your TweetDeck :) I'd never able to maintain a list like that. Thanks for the tips that you write, they are all helpful tips to manage a successful social media profile online.
Having the management capabilities of Tweetdeck and HootSuite make it much easier than it looks. You can just glance across your tabs and see what everyone is talking about, or if you are interested in a particular topic at the moment, you can just peruse that list. It helps in organizing the information overload.
I actually just thought of this as I was writing the post, but it makes perfect sense. If you use HootSuite to manage your lists, you can filter the list for questions (?) and if you get a chance to answer your subscribers questions, they will be that much more connected with you and therefore more interested in your mailings and posts!
